4 cups watermelon, cubed
½ cup fresh lime juice
¼-½ cup orange juice
1 cup Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila
Purée the 4 cups of watermelon in a blender until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve placed over a bowl. Use a spoon to press on the solids and make sure you get all the juice passed through into the bowl—you should have about 2 cups worth.
In a pitcher, stir together the watermelon juice, lime juice, orange juice and Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila until thoroughly combined. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use, and serve in a salt-rimmed glasses with a watermelon slice on the side. Serves 8.
